While fighting in the UFC a fighter does not have many options to do another job as they are not left with much time or energy to do anything else as the training sessions take place twice or thrice a day. Also the time periods between fights are unknown since it could depend on the health of the fighter after the fight. If the fighter is injured then they cannot fight for a long time till he recovers and if not injured then he can take part in another fight soon. This schedule of a fighter is very erratic.

After a Ufc Fighter retires from the job of a fighter they can take up coaching as an option and start imparting the skills required to be a successful Ufc Fighter to other aspiring Ufc Fighter. The minute tricks of the trade like how to be able to overcome a combat easily and successfully are learnt best from an experienced fighter so an ex fighter would be best a coach.

UFC fighters need to possess a large number of different skills and methods to be successful. They need to be able to use different body parts to hit their competitor. They have to undergo rigorous physical training for a long period and it should include training on the various types of hits, seizures, put downs and submission holds which are elaborated below.

There a number of hits by using varied body parts. The different types of hits which are as follows:

1) Jab

2) Cut

3) Upper cross

4) Knee strike etc

Clinches or seizures holding the opponent from back of their neck or under their arms a variety of clinches are listed below.

1) Thai clinch

2) Dirty boxing

3) Knee strike

4) Elbow strike

5) Pummeling

Put down means forcing the opponent to the floor. Here are some types.

1) Single and double leg putdowns.

2) Lateral drop.

3) Hip toss etc.

Submission holds are tactics used to make the opponent in such an awful situation that the opponent is forced to give up or ‘submit’.

The forms of submission holds are:

1) Rear naked choke

2) Arm bar

3) Triangle chokes

4) Guillotine choke etc

Apart from all the above the fighter has to learn divergent styles of fighting as a fusion of all these styles would make them an expert fighter.

Boxing, Brazilian JIU JITSU, free style wrestling, Greeko Roman wrestling, Jeet Kune Do, Judo, Karate and taekwondo are the styles of martial art that would help in becoming an ace Ufc Fighter.

In order to get initial experiences in mixed martial art fighting before joining the UFC it is essential to join a small club in the city or nearby locality. These local clubs offer various types of training that would give an exposure to different styles of fighting with different people. This serves as a good stepping stone before entering the UFC world of experienced and greatly skilled fighters.

For an aspiring Ufc Fighter it is advisable to be trained by a UFC trainer as all the skills that are important would be learnt right from the initial stages so it is easier in the later stages .Like every sport even the UFC has certain set of rules and regulations which need to be learnt for example fouls, ways the game would considered over, durations for each game etc.

Training to become a Ufc Fighter requires the candidates to take up the training as a full time job and give it their best shot. Not everyone gets the opportunity to become Ufc Fighter because the company makes sure its team of fighters consists of only the cream who really deserve.

While training, diet of the aspiring fighters is given special emphasis and the food they are asked to eat could be extremely bland and tasteless but they have to eat it in order to get the body they desire.

A Ufc Fighter has certain responsibilities because Ufc Fighter become role models for society. A lot of times they become celebrities so the way they take part in the fights and the violence and harshness they showcase is of utmost importance. Being sports role model is a tough job as a Ufc Fighter is involved in nothing else but hurting their opponent in different ways like kicking, punching, boxing and strangulating the opponent. Therefore normally Ufc Fighter have a negative impact on their viewers especially kids who get easily influenced by the brutality shown.

At the same time it is possible to be a good role model by respecting other opponents and this would showcase good gamesmanship.

Hard work and dedication is another quality to be learnt from these fighters because they never give up in spite of all the injuries and all the difficulties. Even the training stages involve strenuous exercises and require intake of a lot of healthy food to be eaten. The healthy food may not be even close to delicious but they still do not give up and always keep the goal of entering the league of Ufc Fighter in their minds and continue to remain determined.

Celebrity Ufc Fighter who are not boisterous about their achievements and continue to remain down to earth are always looked upon as symbols of humility by the society.
